Little accomplishments

Today I put up those curtain holder backythingys all by myself! I'm very proud. I also got my room as organized as it is going to be while I am living at my parent's house. I went through a lot of old stuff and found some interesting things from high school. Lots of notes and things.

I would like to have a job. Someday, perhaps. During my cleanings I also came across some blank canvases and some modeling clay as well as paint. Now that I have nothing to fill my days with I guess I will be trying out my artistic abilities. Will let you know how it goes.

First post

Howdy!!
I now have a blog! I went to see the movie "Post Grad" today that has Alexis Bledel in it. It was really good and exactly fits my life right now. Except for the ending. The ending was completely unrealistic and the true ending would have been if she had moved all the way across country for a boy only to find that he had another girl in his room already. Shame shame on the director for continuing the fairy tale fantasy. The rest of it was funny though, especially when she finds out that being a college graduate means close to nothing and how difficult it is to move back home and try to fit into your old life.

I think I am at a stage in my life where I need to learn patience. "Everything is made beautiful in its' time." I just have to learn to wait and enjoy the moment of where I am now. Some day, possibly soon, I will look back on this time of my life and wish that I could go back to the days where my Mom cooked my meals, I had free rent and nothing to do with my days. However, it is very hard to adjust to that when I feel that I should be taking care of my self now but am not able to.

Here is a link to a wonderful video that my Mom sent me. I love it. Says so much that is so true. Things like that just remind me that I know I was called to work with animals.
